The best way to contact us is by phone or email. If you haven’t heard back within 36 hours, please don’s hesitate to call and/or email again. Sometimes communications slip between the cracks.

What we can offer you & your horse:

  • Regular hoof care every four weeks for pleasure and performance horses.
  • Regular and (if required) more intensive initial hoof care for horses with pathological problems such as founder, laminitis, navicular or just plain neglected hooves.
  • Reliability. We will turn up within half an hour of the scheduled time, or ring and advise if delayed by more than 15 minutes.
  • Access to email and phone support from your trimmer.
  • References from happy clients (you can call or email them to check out our credentials).

What we ask of you & your horse:

  • That you be present, at least for the first trim, so our trimmer can get to know both you and your horse.
  • That your horse is easily caught by the trimmer (or yarded in advance) if you are not present for
    subsequent trims.
  • That you commit to an agreed & regular trim schedule for ongoing care.
  • That you communicate with the trimmer any concerns you have about your horse’s progress.
