Customer Care

GoBarefoot – The Hoof Trim Network aims to provide a high level of professionalism and customer care.

We hope that if you have queries or concerns, you will contact us via phone, text or email.

Barefooting requires a commitment from the client and an understanding of the basics of functional anatomy. Some horses transition to barefoot better than others. Those who have the most difficulty, generally have the worst feet and need to be rehabbed.

We want your horse to be comfortable and you to be happy with the service.

We will do our best to ensure that your horse’s hooves are maintained with regular four weekly trims.

We will turn up for appointments and the trimmer will phone or text if they are running more than 15 minutes late.

We are happy to support clients who wish to learn to trim and gradually take over some or all of their own horse’s hoof care. We do suggest however that you consider doing a horse owner’s workshop (we can recommend such clinics) if you plan to do this.

We welcome feedback and listen to what our clients tell us about our service.
